Are your pieces genuine vintage and antique?

Yes. Every item I find individually sourced and researched as best I can. Where a piece is hallmarked, dated, or attributable to a maker, that's noted in the listing. Anything contemporary is described as such. 

What is the difference between vintage and antique?

These are trade definitions. Vintage is anything from 20 years old to 100 years. An antique is anything older than 100 years. Retro is often used for items in the last 20 years. These dates change each year, hence why new eras change over time.

What condition are the items in?

These are pre-loved pieces and most show some wear consistent with their age, which is part of their character. Any notable flaws (repairs, losses, damage) are always described and photographed in the listing.

How do I know my ring or bracelet will fit?

Where possible, measurements are given in each listing (ring size, chain length, internal bangle diameter). If a measurement you need isn't shown, message me before buying and I'll happily check.

Where are you based and how do you send items?

Fiori's Finds is based in Nottinghamshire. I sell on here, but also eBay, Etsy and Vinted. I also have social media pages. Items are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48 free of charge. Everything is packaged carefully and securely to arrive safely. I care about the environment so I reuse packaging materials wherever I can. Royal Mail Special Delivery 1pm is available for an additional fee.

Do you post internationally?

At the moment, I do not offer international shipping however I do and can sell items internationally through my marketplaces or via direct invoice. Please get in touch if you're outside the UK and I'll let you know if it's possible.

Can I return an item?

If something isn't right, please contact me within 30 days of delivery. My Refund Policy explains how this works. 

I've seen the same shop on eBay, Etsy and Vinted — is that you?

Yes! Fiori's Finds sells across eBay, Etsy, Vinted, Facebook and Instagram, and you can reach me directly on WhatsApp. Each store has carefully curated stock for that style of marketplace, run by me, Marco.

I want to buy something on one of your marketplaces but don't have an account?

Can I reserve or ask to hold an item?

Just get in touch. I'm always happy to answer questions about a piece, and can hold items on request.

How do I get in touch?

The quickest way is the contact form on the site. I aim to reply to all messages promptly, usually the same day.
