Refund policy

1. Our 30-Day Free Returns Policy (Change of Mind)

For your peace of mind, Fiori's Finds Ltd offers an enhanced return period that exceeds the statutory minimum. You may return any eligible item for a full refund for any reason within 30 days of receipt.

  • Free Returns:  We will provide or reimburse the cost of standard return postage for all Sale Locations.

  • Condition:  Items must be returned in their original, unworn condition and in their original packaging.

  • Exemptions:  This 30-day free return policy does not apply to:

  • Bespoke / Personalised Items: Jewellery made to your specific requirements or engraved specifically for you.

  • Hygiene Items: For health and hygiene reasons, pierced earrings cannot be returned if the hygiene seal has been tampered with or broken after delivery.


2. Faulty, Damaged, or Misdescribed Goods (Your Statutory Rights)

In accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015, our goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described.

  • The 30-Day Right to Reject:  If your item is faulty, damaged, or significantly not as described upon arrival, you have a legal right to a full refund. This right expires 30 days after you receive the goods.

  • Beyond 30 Days:  If a fault develops after the first 30 days but within the first six months, you may be entitled to a repair or replacement. If we cannot repair or replace the item, you may then be entitled to a refund.

  • Jewellery Care:  Please note that "faulty" does not include accidental damage, general wear and tear, or tarnishing caused by contact with chemicals (perfumes, chlorine, etc.) after the item has been received in good condition.
