Throughout all locations the Company operates, including our website (fiorisfinds.com), our social media profiles (Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok), marketplace stores (eBay, Etsy, and Vinted), and direct communications via email or WhatsApp (collectively, "Sale Locations"), the terms "we", "us", and "our" refer to Fiori's Finds Ltd. Our website, fiorisfinds.com, is hosted on the Shopify platform.

All information, tools, and services available to you are conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here. By visiting any Sale Location or purchasing from us, you engage in our "Service" and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").

Section 1 — Sale Locations Terms

By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your country or province of residence. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorised purpose, nor violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including copyright laws). A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services.

Section 2 — General Conditions

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. You understand that your content (excluding payment information) may be transferred unencrypted. Payment information is always encrypted during transfer. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of the Service without our express written permission.

Section 3 — Accuracy, Completeness and Timeliness of Information

We are not responsible if information made available on our Sale Locations is not accurate, complete, or current. The material is provided for general information only; any reliance on it is at your own risk. We reserve the right to modify content at any time but have no obligation to update historical information.

Section 4 — Modifications to the Service and Prices

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service without notice. We shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, price change, or discontinuance of the Service.

Section 5 — Returns, Cancellations, and Faulty Goods

1. Our 30-Day Free Returns Policy (Change of Mind)

For your peace of mind, Fiori's Finds Ltd offers an enhanced return period that exceeds the statutory minimum. You may return any eligible item for a full refund for any reason within 30 days of receipt.

• Free Returns:  We will provide or reimburse the cost of standard return postage for all Sale Locations.

• Condition:  Items must be returned in their original, unworn condition and in their original packaging.

• Exemptions:  This 30-day free return policy does not apply to:

• Bespoke / Personalised Items: Jewellery made to your specific requirements or engraved specifically for you.

• Hygiene Items: For health and hygiene reasons, pierced earrings cannot be returned if the hygiene seal has been tampered with or broken after delivery.

2. Faulty, Damaged, or Misdescribed Goods (Your Statutory Rights)

In accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015, our goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described.

• The 30-Day Right to Reject:  If your item is faulty, damaged, or significantly not as described upon arrival, you have a legal right to a full refund. This right expires 30 days after you receive the goods.

• Beyond 30 Days:  If a fault develops after the first 30 days but within the first six months, you may be entitled to a repair or replacement. If we cannot repair or replace the item, you may then be entitled to a refund.

• Jewellery Care:  Please note that "faulty" does not include accidental damage, general wear and tear, or tarnishing caused by contact with chemicals (perfumes, chlorine, etc.) after the item has been received in good condition.

Section 6 — Accuracy of Billing and Account Information

We reserve the right to refuse any order. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person or per order. In the event that we change or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you via the email or billing address provided. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase information for all transactions.

Section 7 — Optional Tools

We may provide access to third-party tools which we neither monitor nor control. You acknowledge that we provide access to such tools "as is" without any warranties. Use of optional third-party tools is entirely at your own risk.

Section 8 — Third-Party Links

Certain content or products available via our Service may include materials from third parties. We are not responsible for examining the content or accuracy of third-party websites and are not liable for any harm related to transactions made on those sites.

Section 9 — User Comments, Feedback and Other Submissions

If you send us suggestions, ideas, or comments, you agree that we may edit, copy, and distribute them in any medium without restriction. We are under no obligation to maintain comments in confidence or pay compensation for them.

Section 11 — Errors, Inaccuracies and Omissions

Occasionally, information in the Service may contain typographical errors or inaccuracies relating to descriptions, pricing, or availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors and cancel orders if any information is inaccurate, even after an order has been submitted.

Section 12 — Prohibited Uses

You are prohibited from using our Sale Locations or their content for any unlawful purpose, to infringe upon our intellectual property, or to harass, abuse, or mislead others. We reserve the right to terminate your use of the Service for violating any prohibited uses.

We do not guarantee that your use of our service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Fiori's Finds Ltd shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or claim arising from your use of the service or any products procured through it, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
