Shipping Policy

I post every order within 3 working days of payment. Items are packed carefully and sent by Royal Mail.

UK delivery

UK delivery is free on every order and sent by Royal Mail Tracked 48. If you'd like your parcel sooner, you can upgrade to Royal Mail Special Delivery 1pm for £9.45 at checkout. You'll get tracking details by email once your order is on its way.

International delivery

I ship to the UK and to many other countries around the world, but not currently to the EU. Overseas orders are handled through Shopify Managed Markets, which looks after customs, duties and taxes at checkout, so there are no surprise charges on delivery. Delivery costs and times for your country are shown at checkout.

Lost or delayed parcels

If your parcel hasn't arrived, get in touch and I'll sort it out. In the rare case that a parcel is lost, I'll refund you and then claim the compensation from the carrier myself.
