A handsome classical stick pin with a carved shell cameo of a laurel-wreathed female profile, crisp white relief against a warm honey-brown ground within an engraved oval gold tone mount. A well-preserved example of the sustained Victorian and Edwardian fascination with Greco-Roman imagery, worn to secure a cravat, tie, or lapel.
