This antique portrait miniature brooch captures a young woman with softly curled hair and a coral bead necklace, her costume placing the sitter firmly in the Regency period even though the gilt rope twist mount looks to be a later Victorian setting. A monogram is engraved to the reverse, and the fitting doubles neatly as a pendant.
