A beautifully worked antique Scandinavian silver filigree brooch with an open scrollwork border edged with beaded ball terminals and an applied filigree rosette on the central domed boss, stamped 830S and carrying the deep patination of a well-aged piece. The quality of the filigree work is notably fine for a brooch of this size.
